    Do you find yourself feeling worthless, depressed, and helpless? Have you turned to hiding your chemical or activity addiction from loved ones, maybe even kidding yourself. Are you feeling shame because you aren’t truthful with others or yourself?

  • Together, we will:

    I approach clients with an open mind to hear about their struggles and feelings. The approach used is called Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT). The goal of REBT teaches how and why you react and learn to change your thoughts and reactions.

  • I specialize in working with people who:

    I work with those having chemical or activity addictions, who has had trauma. Are you someone whose loved one (child, teen, adult child or partner) has become another person wrapped up in their using or an activity that they are obsessed with?

  • I became a therapist because:

    I have experienced and conquered life traumas and can relate and understand what you are experiencing.

  • Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

    I offer the convenience of online therapy, using video conferencing. No traveling, in the comfort of your own home!

    Group support is offered through SMART Recovery, with over 65 meetings each week. Meetings are available for those wanting recovery as well as those whose loved ones are struggling with addictions. @ www.SMARTRecovery.org Now, a local meetings!
