I use somatic experiencing therapy, trauma-conscious yoga, sensorimotor psychotherapy, and EMDR to connect the mind AND body so you can LET GO of the intensity of the thoughts, sensations, and emotions, to feel like a better wife/mother/friend/woman!

I became a therapist because:
I enjoy watching people discover who they are and what they want from life. I love cheering people on and supporting them on in their healing.
Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:
I offer virtual therapy to new moms to remove the time challenges of traveling for therapy.
