I use somatic experiencing therapy, trauma-conscious yoga, sensorimotor psychotherapy, and EMDR to connect the mind AND body so you can LET GO of the intensity of the thoughts, sensations, and emotions, to feel like a better wife/mother/friend/woman!

You're a mom of a young child (0-5) and want more than talk therapy. You want to make changes to be the mom you want to be. You want to parent differently than you were raised and feel calmer, kinder, more present, and confident as a mom and woman.

I became a therapist because:

I enjoy watching people discover who they are and what they want from life. I love cheering people on and supporting them on in their healing.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

I offer virtual therapy to new moms to remove the time challenges of traveling for therapy.

I operate from a feminist, anti-colonial, and cultural humility lens to call out systems of oppression to discover your true values rather than societal "shoulds". We examine emotions, sensations, and your body's "truth" to facilitate healing.
