I allow you a supportive space to talk about issues that you are dealing with, I give you my undivided attention, stay engaged and present with you, ask questions and offer tools to help you with what you are going through.

We will discuss your therapy goals and come up with a plan that will help you on your journey. My job isn't to fix you but to support you as you work on gaining self-awareness of your situation and what you need to do to move forward and heal.
