Something to know about my approach is:
I utilize a holistic approach because what is helpful for some is not for others. I find parts work, somatic techniques and mindfulness very beneficial in my work. In-person sessions take place outdoors.
Together, we will:
Focus on increasing self-awareness which leads to more choice on where you want to spend your energy. We as humans have a limited amount of energy and I want you to feel in control of where it goes.
More about me and my practice:
I offer outdoor nature based therapy and telehealth sessions. I choose to offer outdoor sessions versus in an office because being in nature is inherently beneficial for humans and nature offers incredible insight into our internal world.
