I utilize a variety of approaches, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy (SFBT), attachment theories, and CBT for chronic pain / illness.
Together, we will:
co-occurring/dual diagnosis (substance use + mental health); discerning ADHD vs. differential diagnoses; attachment & "codependency"; personality disorders; anxiety disorders; eating disorders; family systems; and CBT for chronic pain & illness.
