I have a passion for helping those with anxiety, panic, depression, and eating disorders find coping skills and relief from these problems that are holding them down and when it feels unmanageable.

I have always wanted to help others. I want to help others see that they are not alone, that there is hope, and that healing is possible!

I have an office close to midtown in Omaha Nebraska and I also offer telehealth services to help others that do not live or want to commute to Omaha!
