I know starting therapy isn't easy so I try to make it as comfortable as possible by being supportive and validating while you share your story. Then we will work together to determine your priorities and make sure we are on the same page.

Together, we will:

Talk about out the key concerns you have, notice patterns in thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. We will develop a plan individualized for you to decrease depression, anxiety or work through specific problems so that you can feel like yourself again.

I specialize in working with people who:

are struggling with anxiety, depression, life transitions, young adulthood, work challenges, challenges of motherhood, and prenatal and postpartum mood disorders. Women who are motivated to see their life improved.

I became a therapist because:

I connect with people when I hear their story and truly want to give them space to be heard and to heal. I believe everyone has a right to safe space

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

I am accessible in the Omaha area. My office is casual and comfortable. New mom? Bring your baby. Have a seat, grab a cup of coffee, and let’s talk.
