I specialize in working with people with anxiety, depression, and trauma. Most of my experience have come from more chronic conditions and finding ways to not only trust, but ways to do things differently than what have been done in the past.

I became a therapist because having grown up in a small community where mental health was not a priority, I felt like I needed to do my part to help.

I cater to your needs. I treat you like a person and not like a set of goals that need to be achieved.

I pride myself in making every effort to connect with people. I am in the process of creating a tabletop role playing group for various ages that can address some of the previously mentioned things in a very different and cool way.
