As a music therapist and mental health provider, I frequently use play, music, art, and movement as tools for self-expression and skill development alongside talk therapy methods. I believe that the innate gifts of creativity and play can be a healing force for people of all ages. Therapy should include joy alongside the hard work of learning and growing.
