I approach my clients with an eclectic approach and really try to meet them where they are at. I put a lot of focus on how executive functions are having impact and I use motivational interviewing to see how you may be standing in your own way.

Together we can navigate how your brain may be impacting your behavior and relationships. ADHD does not often appear alone and the cooccurring disorders are sometimes best treated by understanding the impact of the ADHD to them. Goal setting is key.

I became a therapist because:

I became a therapist because it is something I felt I was supposed to do from the age of 12. I love helping people improve and better themselves.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

I offer therapy online so we can meet anywhere you would like as long as you have a phone! I also visit workplaces or gyms for onsite training.

I am originally from Chicago and now live in Las Vegas. I support a world-view and appreciate diversity in my clients. I love working with highly motivated individuals that are looking for a high level of success in life.
