my approach is tailored to my clients' needs. Some clients may need more guidance identifying triggers and how to cope with them in a healthy manner, while others have more insight and seek services to work on life transitions or grief, for example.

start to heal and find inner peace, learn to let go of self-criticism and instead embrace self -acceptance and -compassion. We will learn to identify and honor your needs, release distress from your mind and body, and cope with daily stressors.
I specialize in working with people who:
struggle with trauma, anxiety and depression. Therapy works better when one is ready to actively engage in treatment and develop a curious, rather than judgmental attitude, to look into how past experiences may be connected with current challenges.
