My clients describe me as:
compassionate, thoughtful, solution-oriented, partner-oriented, gentle on working through client's layers. I work with clients to learn about self.
Something to know about my approach is:
I am a compassionate and relational therapist who will explore with you the different parts of you. I believe that each part of ourselves is valuable. As humans we all deserve to be seen, heard, validated. I hold the umbrella for my clients.
Together, we will:
If you ever said "I am not enough" If you ever felt like you didn't belong, felt misunderstood, or invisible then I can support you. Together we will learn self compassion, build self confidence, empower self, find truth
I specialize in working with people who:
I work with clients who are curious and ask questions, explore identity, disability (invisible and visible), discrimination, empowerment, self-esteem, and creative individuals.
I became a therapist because:
I am a 2nd gen Filipinx American, woman of color with a disability who sought to find her truth.
Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:
I am an affirmative and social-justice therapist. I work through an integrative lens of finding the right combination of counseling to work with you.
