I am a compassionate and relational therapist who will explore with you the different parts of you. I believe that each part of ourselves is valuable. As humans we all deserve to be seen, heard, validated. I hold the umbrella for my clients.

I became a therapist because:

I am a 2nd gen Filipinx American, woman of color with a disability who sought to find her truth.

I am an affirmative and social-justice therapist. I work through an integrative lens of finding the right combination of counseling to work with you.
