Monday, Tuesdays and Wednesdays--primarily afternoons and evenings
My clients describe me as:
I love sitting with people in their pain and reminding them they are not alone. Sometimes, all we need is to feel heard and seen to keep us going.
Something to know about my approach is:
By using a combination of existential therapy, narrative therapy, emotionally-focused therapy, and a combination of others, I hope to understand your story and help to notice and change any patterns that aren't serving you and your relationships.
Together, we will:
It's important to process emotions, share your story, and discuss ways to support you on your healing journey. We will work together to reinforce your boundaries, highlight your needs and make the changes you want to experience.
I specialize in working with people who:
You may feel powerless in your relationship—you may at one point feel deeply in love and at another point wonder if you are destined to end. You may be feeling like you have tried everything, you may be feeling exhausted or as if you’re stuck.
I became a therapist because:
I love to dive deep into our existential wonderings, relationships, and meaning around our purpose for being here. I identify as Biracial and Queer.
Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:
My primary office is located in a historic house turned into a group practice. My office space is on the second floor, but we accommodate for needs.
More about me and my practice:
I would be honored to connect with you on your journey!
