I view therapy as a partnership between us, where we're both motivated to improve your life in whatever way fits best. 1-on-1 telehealth sessions can help us figure out strong emotions & stressors in your life, as well as practice coping skills in a judgement-free environment.

I use a mixed-methods approach of many Cognitive and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy coping skills like cognitive reframing, mindfulness, and grounding to tolerate stress better, reduce intensity of emotions, and improve interpersonal skills. I also involve psychoeducation and Polyvagal Theory to regulate emotions together, along with the body and mind.
