About Me:

  • My clients describe me as:

I am warm and caring but also direct as a clinician. I help you tune into YOU and find your strengths through collaboration.

  • Something to know about my approach is:

I take an “outside the box”, strengths based, exploratory approach to treatment to assist each individual in finding what works best for them. I use a whole body approach to help each patient be more mindful about both physical and mental health.

  • Together, we will:

find your triggers/stressors, warning signs, and strategies that work for YOU. We will practice mindfulness, movement, and look at your body and life as whole to find simple changes that are effective and achievable help you heal, grow, and energize!

  • I specialize in working with people who:

stuggle with worry, fear, fear at social events, are overwhelmed and stressed about life, who find it hard to stay motivated and lack pleasure in things they used to like, and who have struggled with negative events that still cuase them pain.

  • I became a therapist because:

I am from a huge family and realized that I loved helpng people, listening to them, and being a part of something bigger than myself.

  • Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

I can offer yoga and mindfulness with people in a private and collaborative space so they are not trying it on their own in a big group.

  • More about me and my practice:

Interventions and skills may include but are not limited to; body based calming skills, yoga and movement, mindfulness, thought challenging, paced and mindful breathing techniques, distress tolerance skills, diet effects, EFT tapping, and exposure.
