I specialize in working with people who:

are dealing with increased stress, anxiety or depression due to life changes, sudden events or in their daily lives. I specialize in postpartum mood and anxiety disorders and enjoy working with adult women (18+) through all life transitions.

I became a therapist because:

I always gravitated to being the listener and container for others emotions. I enjoy supporting people as they find their voice and set boundaries.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

telehealth therapy lets you meet with me where you are at so you do not have to worry about traveling to get to a session. Simply log on, be present.

I have over a decade of experience working within the mental health field providing direct care to women, children and families in both community or private settings. I gravitate towards vulnerability and shame resilience in my clinical approaches.
