I have availability on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays
My clients describe me as:
compassionate, warm, and nonjudgmental
Something to know about my approach is:
I aim to provide: (1)A therapeutic space in which you feel seen, heard, and understood, (2) Person-centered, individualized care from a strengths-based approach , (3) Therapy that is culturally-sensitive, trauma-informed, LGBTQ-affirming
Together, we will:
examine thoughts and emotions that come up for you and work toward reframing unhelpful thoughts. We will also explore the beliefs you hold about yourself and the unwritten rules you have created that are no longer serving you
I specialize in working with people who:
want to regain control of their life. This includes all kinds of people, such as overwhelmed new and expecting parents; folks experiencing fertility and family building challenges; and people going through major life transitions.
I became a therapist because:
I strongly value mental health and like to help people on their mental health journeys
Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:
I'm licensed in multiple states, so I can see clients through telehealth in multiple states (Massachusetts, Vermont, Rhode Island, NH, and Illinois)
More about me and my practice:
I highly value continuing to educate myself as a therapist by taking professional development courses and trainings. I've completed in-depth training in perinatal mental health (20.5+ hr) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (12-week program)
