As a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker with four years of experience, my goal is to support you in embracing your worth and creating space for healing in both mind and body.

After working in acute mental health care, I now focus on building long-term, therapeutic relationships grounded in trust and compassion. I use trauma-informed approaches that honor the connection between your mental, physical, and emotional wellbeing. I also offer faith-based therapy for those who would like to integrate their spirituality into therapy.

My goal is to offer a warm and safe environment for processing emotions. Humor and hope are integrated into my approach, as is openness and understanding. We are all human, so kindness and sensitivity to the human condition are important to me as a therapist and ally to clients.
