experience anxiety and depression that is so invasive that it impacts our ability maintain healthy relationships, self esteem, sleep, self care, and general confidence in ourself and the world.
I became a therapist because:
it is important for others to feel heard, validated, confident, loved and supported. Everyone needs a safe space to be able process the hard in life.
