My priority is creating a trusting relationship! I am a trauma therapist and will use somatic, holistic, and mindfulness practices. I am EMDR and DBT trained, though I don’t believe one size fits all so I will individualize to meet your needs.

Heal from your past, build insight into patterns, develop new ways to cope, and focus on goals of the present. We will develop an authentic, confident version of you and start to attend to your needs. We will also improve your mind-body connection!

Have been impacted by trauma, experience big feelings and anxiety, people please, neglect self to focus on others, and struggle to be kind to themselves. Also work with those interested in changing their relationship with alcohol or are sober curious
