Using a Strengths-Based Perspective, I empower clients to begin their healing journey. I also have many years of experience successfully treating anxiety, depression, life transitions, grief, loss and emotional overload from caregiving.
My goal is to help clients begin to unpack their heavy emotions and find a new way to manage life. My approach is Client Centered. I use different therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Narrative Therapy.
I provide a safe, comfortable space for people to discover and develop individualized tools so they can begin to heal and grow on their grief journey.
I have experienced grief first hand and know how important it is to have a safe place to process and learn to cope.
