create a plan around your needs that may include helping you clarify your values and goals related to your authentic self, learn coping skills to manage different feelings, manage ineffective thoughts, and strengthen interpersonal skills.

feel overwhelmed by stressors in the world around them. I help clients find empowerment, balance, and tranquility. I support clients to understand their needs and learn skills that help them feel well and approach their stressors more effectively.
