I specialize in working with people who:

experience symptoms of depression, anxiety, PTSD, and ADHD. I also help clients with boundary setting, people pleasing tendencies, and relationship issues. I really enjoy helping clients that have symptoms of Complex Post Traumatic Stress Disorder.

I offer in person sessions in downtown Freehold NJ. You can enjoy great parks, restaurants or shops before or after your session.

I offer a mix of in person and virtual appointments. This allows me to expand my schedule to see clients at various times of the day and suit the needs of my clients.
