    I come from an empathic and compassionate approach. Building the relationship with my clients that can mirror the relationships they want to build.

    I work from a number of theories to tailor my approach to the individual. Therapy should not be cookie cutter as people are from different experiences. I am trained in a number of theories of human behavior.

    discuss what are the drivers to the particular issues that are bringing you into treatment. Some people come to discuss whether they want to stay in a relationship. Others are trying to cope with grief. For many others it is a life transition.

  • I specialize in working with people who:

    I work with children and adults who come with a variety of presenting issues. Many have had struggles with addictions. I also work with people suffering from depression and anxiety disorders. Postpardum depression is an area I have experience with.

  • I became a therapist because:

    I knew from high school that I wanted to help people. I am a LCSW because social justice and action is important to me. I never wanted a boring desk.

  • Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

    I offer therapy both in person and tele-health in New Jersey. I find some people like the convenience of not traveling to an office.

    I have 27 years of experience as a therapist. I offer nonjudgemental space to explore conflicts. I supervise other therapist. I am constantly learning. My motto is Be heard. Feel better. Talking helps. It just does.
