Something to know about my approach is:

I feel that most people really just need someone to listen. Especially when they feel like they cannot go to family or friends with issues due to fear of being a burden or feeling embarrassed. Sometimes, we just need a helping hand and compassion.

I believe in Person-Centered Therapy, Talk-Therapy and use motivational interviewing to help the client open up and feel more comfortable. Other forms of therapy I have found helpful in working with individuals are REBT and CBT.

I specialize in working with people who:

I work well with addiction, intellectually disabled, and individuals on the spectrum. I love working with children, teens and adults just the same. Initial sessions will consist of program information/consents followed by an assessment and tx goals.
