I specialize in working with individuals and couples navigating sexual concerns, relationship challenges, and intimacy issues, including desire differences, communication breakdowns, infidelity recovery, and exploring sexuality, kink, and non-monogamy. I also work with trauma survivors and LGBTQ+ clients seeking affirming care.

I became a therapist because I experienced my own profound struggle with depression and loss of meaning, and therapy, combined with existential philosophy, transformed my life. I want to offer that same opportunity to others, especially around sexuality and relationships, which so deeply shape our lives.

I'm licensed for telehealth across NY, NJ, FL, NH, and VT. I have insurance spots available for individual clients (Aetna, BCBS, Carelon).
