In therapy I help others to become more aware of themselves and provide tools to guide them. I like to get to know the person first and then develop tailor made practices that the person can begin implementing in their lives.

Face life challenges together, and explore how the past effects the present. Life brings unexpected challenges, and sometimes facing them on your own is tough. I'm committed to walking alongside each one to help them reach their desired destination.
