Open, warm, and experienced. I have been doing DBT for more than a decade and ready to dive in and work! I love working with adolescents and adults.
Something to know about my approach is:
I run an adherent DBT program with all modes of DBT. We also do CBT, EMDR for Trauma and we are LGBTQIA+ affirming.
Together, we will:
Figure out what is causing your current difficulties, craft a plan for you to get better, and get you there. Change is possible, with the right guide.

Have a history of depression, anxiety, suicidality, self-harm and/or trauma.

On a personal note, I have the experience of being a parent to a trans child who is now in her 20s and I am committed to helping other parents, adolescents, and adults through their process.
