Listen and guide people to find their answers. Caring and supportive yet hold client accountable to their healing process. Humor is used as part of reframing the original negative thought process.

Generational trauma: looking at family history of behaviors. Working through depression and anxiety. Learn new coping skills that are adaptable to the client. First generation clients explore old and new world values blending and colliding.

I specialize in working with people who:

Clients come in with one issue and walk away with knowledge that they can cope with more than that one problem. We work on not being reactive and how to be proactive. It involves acknowledging the feeling, venting and solving the problem.

I became a therapist because:

As a bilingual therapist I can reach a greater population. I can give a voice to those who do not have one. Once they find their voice, how to use it.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

I offer virtual sessions. It is personable because I can see what a client's life is like.

More about me and my practice:

I started my practice in hopes of reaching a larger population. I help a client feel at ease by acknowledging I make mistakes all the time, learn from them & not repeat. My clients learn I follow what I teach. We fall, get up and try again.
