I utilize creativity in everything I do. I am have a history of working with Bibliotherapy, Geek Therapy, and Art Therapy. I will always incorporate your interests into treatment and provide skills from and for all areas of life.

I specialize in working with people who:

Discovering who they are. I work primarily with young adults who are either in college or recently entering the workforce. The transition from teenager to adult can be difficult and I work to help this transition become a little smoother.

I became a therapist because:

I always wanted to help others. I was unsure of how until I worked to manage my own anxiety and that path lead me here.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

My office does not feel like an office. It has the regular furniture however it also has puzzles, board games, funko pops, and pop culture posters.

More about me and my practice:

I love pop culture and will watch the movie or tv show you recommend. I will compare life to a book and strive to incorporate what you love into treatment. At the end of the day this is your treatment and I will design it for you.
