It’s integrative, meaning I pull from all of the treatment modalities I’ve been trained in rather than using just one. I find this to be highly successful, as no two clients are the same. What works for one, may not work for another.

are brokenhearted, unhappy with their love life, have a past or current partner that's causing them stress. I help women break cycles of choosing the wrong people when it comes to dating by getting to the root of where this behavior is coming from.

I became a therapist because:

There is no greater feeling in the world than helping a women heal from her past and reclaim her power.

It's a warm, cozy office that also represents who I am. It's stylish, chic - with pops of pink + leopard print. It has a warm and inviting feel.

A therapist doesn't have to have gone through what their clients have in order to be helpful, but it sure makes a difference when they have! I dedicated my entire practice to helping women heal their relationship wounds because I've been there too!
