I want to help you understand the root of your fears and worries and then build ways to gradually face them.

We will identify the unhelpful thoughts, sit through the physical and emotional discomfort, and learn that your worst fear may not come true or how to cope and handle it when it happens.

I specialize in working with people who:

are feeling stuck in a cycle of worrying and getting more caught up in preventing those fears from coming true rather than actually being able to live their lives. My ideal client struggles with intense discomfort (physically and emotionally).

I became a therapist because:

listening to and validating others' emotional struggles are things that I really value. I knew therapy was my calling from a young age.

More about me and my practice:

I am an LCSW with a Master's degree from Rutgers University. I've been in the mental health field since 2013, drawing my expertise from clinical settings that include group homes, hospitals, public schools, higher education and private practices.
