My clients describe me as:
Attentive, kind, humorous and insightful. I know therapy can be hard in many ways, I want to make my clients as comfortable as possible.
Something to know about my approach is:
I treat anxiety, depression, ADHD and trauma using Cognitive and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy techniques to help clients change the thoughts that may be holding them back, therefore change their behavior and teach emotional regulation skills.
Together, we will:
Build a therapeutic relationship that you feel comfortable in where we can discuss daily struggles, traumatic experiences, setting goals and finding ways to cope with these things to be able to live your best life.
I specialize in working with people who:
Women and non-binary individuals who struggle with anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, body acceptance, stress related to relationships, work, and school, and setting goals that are meaningful to them. I strive to be un-biased and a supporter for all.
I became a therapist because:
I'm always an open ear who tries to think outside of the box and ask inquisitive questions to help people feel heard and explore their feelings.
Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:
I offer therapy fully online, it is a great opportunity for mothers who cant find a babysitter, or students who cant get to a therapy office alone.
More about me and my practice:
I also subscribe to Health at Every size, I believe that you should love your body no matter what, a certain body size does not equal healthy or not.
