have many strengths, however, want to reduce the amount of anxiety interfering in their lives. I also have many clients looking to improve relationships, better their communication skills and arrive in a more peaceful place.

More about me and my practice:
I primarily work in private practice in Florida doing telehealth. I get to see my NJ clients for a few months of the year in person and enjoy doing occasional walk and talks outdoors. I will hopefully implement that option in Florida as well.
