I am an introspective person with a desire to understand myself and others. I believe that the answer to my struggles lies within myself.

I believe that abuses of power have a profound impact on mental health. I believe that institutionalized oppression and interpersonal violence has caused injuries to our spirits which we must work to name and heal.
