I am trained in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, a proven approach to changing thinking patterns and behaviors in a limited number of sessions. CBT provides the necessary skills to allow individuals to make changes in their lives to grow and adapt.
Together, we will:
discuss how maladaptive perspectives and negative thoughts contributes to one's feelings and behaviors/actions. Identifying, challenging, and reframing automatic thoughts is a major focus of our work.
I specialize in working with people who:
are exploring their identity and gender. I work with individuals exploring their mental health challenges using comprehensive assessments. I provide executive functioning training for those struggling with organizational skills.
I became a therapist because:
I understand the importance of having healthy mental health. I also enjoy working with others and seeing them make changes to improve their life.
Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:
teletherapy and executive functioning coaching is conducted online, which provides you the safety of being in your own home. Testing can be hybrid.
