I have been in the field of healing and self improvement for over twenty years and have learned many types of tools from many types of teachers. I am a very eclectic therapist and how we work together depends on you and where you want to go

Take an honest look at what patterns are operating in your life that are keeping you stuck. I work a lot with grounding energy and regulating the nervous system to help you be more consistently present in your body.

I am a huge advocate of human being and know how multifaceted and extraordinary we are. The more happy, healthy people, the better world I live in.
