It feels like a safe space in the sunshine or nature to rest mentally and emotionally which is a catalyst for healing within the mind and heart.

My approach involves the use of our presence in nature to find resilience, intuition, ingenuity, along with mindfulness. There may be some life coaching plus cognitive behavioral therapy and art expression.

We will focus on a pathway that can bring daily more love, peace, blessings, positivity, and truth. We often look at building resilience with teachings on the use of the connection with the natural laws of nature to assist with allowing more fluidity

Are stressed out, anxious, depressed and traumatized. Some have turned to family and friends only to find rejection, abandonment and lack of understanding. Some unhealthy choices or coping may have resulted and caused more concern such as addiction.

I have seen the results personally in myself and in my family when the clouds of poor mental health clear and a person can let their light shine.

I have cats and it feels safe for everyone involved other than their occasional neediness for petting.

It is a honor to be present for my clients as they heal and find resilience. I have done many years of my own healing prior to choosing this path after working in several other professions. I am working on the use of nature with mental health.
