I specialize in helping women who are struggling with feeling stress and anxiety and want to gain control of their thoughts and emotions. Women who are ready to experience joy in their life again, ready to feel calm and in control of their emotions.

I became a therapist because:

I spent many years struggling to manage my emotions and wishing I could stay calm. Over time, I found some tools that helped me feel more in control.

I offer therapy online to women in all cities throughout New Mexico and coaching to residents of any state.
