I provide non-judgmental and objective sessions with compassion and understanding my clients.

Integrate fragmented aspects of self in order to bring peace and wholeness. This is known as parts work, shadow work, and inner child work. I assist clients to practice self-love and self-compassion.

Holding space with integrity and honesty. My clients tell me they do not feel judged in our sessions.

Experienced stacked on trauma from childhood and difficulty in relationships choosing partners due to old patterns and beliefs, as well as people seeking to learn new skills and strategies to cope and gain insight.

I have an interest in people and psychology.

I have been working in mental health since 2011. I started a private practice in 2016 and have worked as a court-involved therapist, school therapist, and in the children's unit as well as the adult unit of a behavioral health hospital. I work primarily in transpersonal psychology today.
