Are adults that experienced trauma as children or who grew up with toxic families. Clients wanting more secure relationships now; including building trust and intimacy. Clients who's experiences have left them feeling frustrated and misunderstood.

I became a therapist because:

I saw that the world routinely others people who it doesn't understand. I believed I could offer others healing, understanding, connection, and care.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

I offer therapy in a virtual setting but I sometimes use physical tools in my work, and I can help clients identify and create them their own homes.

I bring all my life's experience as a counselor, Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, martial artist and coach to my work. I have a lot of experience helping young adults dealing with high stress environments, trauma, anxiety, and relationship issues.
