I became a therapist because I had a family member who suffered from anxiety and depression. I studied as much as I could on therapy and treatment.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

I offer therapy remotely because it breaks the barriers to access. I can charge lower fees and help clients that might not be able to afford.

I am passionate about helping others. I am a huge dog and animal lover.My love language is music. I have a rescue dog named Burley and a life partner. I also like to cook, garden, care for my dog, and help others find peace from all that binds them.
