My name is Ashley, I am a Licensed Mental Health Clinician who specializes in working with adolescents and adults who are struggling with substance use, anxiety, depression, life transitions, personal growth, self esteem, and relationships. Therapy is a process that involves reflection, exploring insights, and implementing choices. I start where you are!!

I understand that many of us have grown up in a world where mental health was often a taboo subject, and people suffering with mental health were looked down upon, I want to change that. I utilize Motivational Interviewing, CBT, Supportive Counseling, Reality-Based Thinking as well as Harm Reduction in assisting my clients to make a difference.

It is important that my clients feel safe, understood and heard. My goal is to create a positive relationship and empower my clients to address their concerns in a healthy manner. I provide a safe non-judgmental space for everyone, and believe every case is unique. Each person's will be different, and I look forward to working together with you on yours!
