My approach is kind, warm, authentic, and humorous. I enjoy working with people from all walks of life and tailor my approach to meet each client’s unique needs and goals. I draw from psychodynamic therapy, cognitive behavioral approaches, and mindfulness techniques.

I specialize in supporting immigrants and communities of color, with a commitment to helping destigmatize mental health and making therapy feel approachable and inclusive.
