As a trauma-informed therapist, my clients focus on recognizing how past traumas presently impact their lives, noticing patterns of behavior as a result of past trauma and reprocessing those memories so that they can live their lives fully with ease.

I specialize in working with people who have a history of trauma and or loss. Recognizing the impact of trauma is the first step. Then one works to reprocess the memories so that the past is in the past and one is free to live their lives fully.

I became a therapist because:

I became a Creative Arts Therapist as I felt it is important to recognize different ways to express one's self and to view the client holistically.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

I offer in-person sessions in Greenpoint, Brooklyn. I also offer virtual sessions.

I incorporate Somatic Experiences to help my clients recognize their patterns of holding emotional pain, EMDR, and FLASH technique to reprocess memories of trauma and loss, and Mindfulness to support the ability to remain present in the here and now.
