It is my passion and privilege to work with people who have experienced traumatic events, including childhood trauma, sexual abuse, betrayal, or any experience that has left you feeling hopeless. I also support individuals living with OCD, offering a compassionate and understanding space to explore their experiences and build helpful tools.

I became a therapist because I truly love helping others and understand how hard this work can be. My own healing journey has shaped the way I show up, allowing me to meet you with compassion and deep respect for your process as we move forward together.
