I specialize in working with people who:

I work with people experiencing a variety of stressors including (not limited to) sadness, anxiety, stress, substance use, relationship issues, and life transitions. I’ve worked in both inpatient and outpatient settings, as well as crisis.

I became a therapist because:

I am a Helper by nature, long before becoming a therapist. Being able to witness change happening in real time for people is truly remarkable.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

I believe that clients should feel comfortable during therapy; my clients have the choice of therapy off-site (online) or my office. It’s about you!
