I have a passion in working with young adults who often struggle with shame and harsh self-criticism as they navigate through various life stages. I enjoy helping these individuals overcome the limiting beliefs that hinder their full potential.

I want to be that person of support for others I wish I had when I was growing up. There are things I lived through and can use to help others.

My sessions are conversational, relaxed, and tailored for those ready to dive in and do the work. I offer telehealth therapy for clients in NY, VA, FL, and SC, plus a free 15-minute consultation to ensure we're a good fit to work together.
