I specialize in working with people who:

I have a passion in working with young adults who often struggle with shame and harsh self-criticism as they navigate through various life stages. I enjoy helping these individuals overcome the limiting beliefs that hinder their full potential.

I became a therapist because:

I want to be that person of support for others I wish I had when I was growing up. There are things I lived through and can use to help others.

I like my sessions to feel conversational, relaxed, and personable. I offer telehealth therapy and accepting clients in New York and Virginia. I also offer free 15 minute consultation to see if we are a good fit. I have evening slots available!
