I am driven to provide empathic, unconditionally supportive, and mindful care to clients of all racial, religious, gender, and sexual identities.
I bring my artistic and movement-based background to the therapeutic experience through modalities of mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and person-centered therapy.
As a team, we can analyze how your behaviors, patterns of thinking, or emotional reactions may have become incompatible with your daily life and make changes to build a more fulfilling one.
I work with survivors of sexually-motivated or violent crimes, in addition to individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, PTSD, trauma. I utilize crisis de-escalation techniques, assess risk, and provide trauma-informed care.
I'm interested in how we choose to move throughout the world and how our thoughts & emotions impact those choices.
I hold space for all gender, racial, religious, and sexual identities. I offer virtual sessions for client accessibility, flexibility, and comfort.
I believe that we are each a puzzle made up of thousands of pieces to be put together, taken apart, rotated, and seen from more than one perspective. I want to help you put your puzzle together to have a deeper understanding of yourself.
