My approach is not the same with everyone as no two people are the same. That being said, based on your particular goals and issues, I would provide specific strategies, coping skills and information in order for you to feel better soon.

We would work together to identify your particular triggers and areas of anxiety, what has helped or not helped in the past. We would create a plan to work together in order to help you manage and get rid of your anxiety once and for all.

I became a therapist because:
Anxiety runs in my family and I have had anxiety since I was 6. I know how it feels and want others to see that there is a way through it.
Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:
I offer Telehealth only at this time. My clients love it and do not want to go back to face to face generally because of the convenience.
